So U get an idea which food makes ur blood sugar level goes up and down.
And it also helps u decide, how much exercise u need to do, and u can do!
The first days of discovering diabetic dilemma is so freaking out experience. But you will get used to it soon and it will be like a normal thing- taking pills, checking with glucometer once in a while, watching out ur diet, etc

Just don't let this affect u in a negative way..diabetics is not that bad ;-)LGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07620179245701032583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23964814.post-3621285895809105102009-12-02T08:11:29.274+00:002009-12-02T08:11:29.274+00:00OMG that sounds scary! Frankly the symptoms had got so bad that I had to do something about them alone.

I've found out that South Asian men in their 20s are as likely to get diabetes as their western counterparts in their 40s are, a scary fact. One thing I don't understand is if it's genetic or because of the diets we eat. I don't know if the same applies to women though. xRhythmic Diasporahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15184142486414379805noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23964814.post-37979210223090428662009-12-02T08:01:14.206+00:002009-12-02T08:01:14.206+00:00Good to see u've taken charge of the situation...Good to see u've taken charge of the situation and surprised that the NHS seems pretty good! I'm having regular check ups at the Dr's so it's looked at there. Maybe it would be a good thing to give your Dad though, I don't know what the monitoring situation is like in Sri Lanka/Rhythmic Diasporahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15184142486414379805noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23964814.post-90517941323508898132009-12-02T04:51:39.234+00:002009-12-02T04:51:39.234+00:00my dad too just got diagnosed with the same..
