Can anyone give me an explanation about this? I was doing a bit of googling and came across it. It's the weirdest thing ever. My work, but not my work.
Please tell me what it is. One of you computerish nerdy types must know surely.
And have a good weekend out there, I'm gigging tonight if anyone wants to come.

Looks like your blog was copied by a blogger who use start4all.com, however it is not available now (probably deleted by the owner or moved to a different blogging platform), the link you found is in the google cache which is taken few months back.
Surreal.
It Looks like Google cache but run through a translation.
Could it be an attack site? Some of the links look suspicious.
This is called blog phissing scam. You've been a victim of it. Try www.copygator.com or www.tynt.com. Register your site there and you will be notified everytime someone steals content.
Hope you find this useful.

Thanks all for the suggestions.
Rikaz - what does this mean though? Is it that someone has used my words and pretended they wrote them, or what?
Yes, in simple terms plagiarism. There are automated blog post writing softwares that trace articles based on tags used.
They then sell to others for a fee. You can actually write a blog with 10,000 blog posts a month without ever writing a single post yourself. Its automated and how they do is by stealing content from blogs with high Google and Technorati ratings due to SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) purposes.
And they monetize it with google ads and affiliate sales so they earn money. Its scam.
You can prevent this by subscribing to copygator and tynt or even socialmention.com.

Rikaz - Thanks a million for the info, I think it's the first time I've ever been plagiarised, so I'm quite pleased about that! I will investigate your recommendations though.

Sometimes especially this Saturday and now this incident, the internet scares the shit out of me!
