I've been thinking on this important issue. There are only two possibilities and I can't decide which would be the winner.
Is it the German Embassy in Singapore?
Or is it the Singaporean Embassy in Germany?

Sri Lankan Embassy in Italy, trust me.
There are more Sri Lankans in Italy than there are Italians, yet they manage quite well. Now that is efficiency.
