Hey Sach - It's from the Hilltop, looking over the Peradeniya Road towards Le Kandyan, Amaya Hills as it's called now. Not much change but the new buildings and different use of land I find interesting.
Ah, I see. Good old home! Yeah it is indeed interesting, actually I was talking with a friend the other day that if I get to visit Japan again, like in another 10 - 15 years it'd be cool to visit the place I live, the place I work now and all. You must be feeling the same.
Oooh... to the right is Wattapuluwa on the Katugastota road where you took a left at the bo tree to the Hilltop. Made me quite Kandysick mate. Nostalgic, very nostalgic. I do hope I get my seat on that plane to Paradise.
Ah kandy the city that barely changes. Being from the upcountry myself, i can't decide whether i quite like or dislike this laid back attitude. I think its the former though

Good to see the trees in the distant background are still intact. Must be the govt reserve.
