I think it's a compliment. She means that you are turning her brain into something of a declicacy which should be enjoyed (albeit may be not devoured) with a nice glass of wine and maybe some grapes. Definitely a compliment.

I'll try to give you a serious answer here...
I think its the cutest compliment you could get from a girl friend. She loves you so much she can no longer think clearly...she has deemed her brain so full of Rhythmic Diaspora....she has little ability to process any other thoughts..it is now programmed to do just one thing & that is to love you !
What ever you do, don't send her to the continent, those peasants love head cheese!
